WHAT'S IN IT?

Pumice (filtered 3/8" to 1/4" in size) is relatively lightweight volcanic rock used as an amendment in all types of soil. Its porous composition allows it to retain moisture and nutrients during watering, and release them slowly over time as the root system requires. Think of these components as little batteries for your plants!

Outstanding soils for both my tropical and my house plants!

The soils have made such a difference in the health and life of my plants. I have never had a green thumb, but these soils have been the best investments for all of my indoor tropicals and house plants.

Love this amendment!!

I hadn’t thought of using pumice as a soil amendment until I saw it on the Sol Soils website. I purchased a bag and I really love it! It still does a great job aerating the soil, but it is slightly heavier than perlite so it doesn’t float to the top of the soil when you water. I love using a combination of the pumice and the chunky perlite, it does wonders for soil aeration. Great product that I’d recommend to anyone!

Love the size. I use it to line the bottom of my pots to help drain
